Danny Calhoun graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he played college football for 3 years(2001-2003). While training for football with the Bearcats Calhoun studied personal training through the American Counsel of Exercise(ACE). He has over 26 years of experience in the fitness industry and over 100 Boxing bouts. Calhoun completed college courses at Xavier University’s College of Business and was a winner of the Xavier Launch-A-Business(X-LAB) program furthering his education along with growing The Punch House. He is currently a member of the Xavier University Board of Directors at the college of business. Calhoun helps manage TPH franchise locations and is heavily involved in the training and managing process of the entire company.
While staying in shape for football Calhoun started Boxing for Fitness and lost over 100lbs. Since then, Calhoun has been Boxing 10 years. Calhoun teaches people good health and the same Boxing for Fitness exercises that transformed his body at the Punch House. Calhoun is a world ranked professional boxer and is continuing his rise and pursuit of a World Title. He teaches the average person, college, and professional athletes hand speed, footwork, and cardiovascular endurance through boxing exercises while challenging his clients and himself everyday at the Punch House.
