Classes
(Intro to Boxing)

This class will teach you the basics of boxing without any pressure. If you have little to no experience with boxing or just want to experience boxing for the first time, then this class is for you. Brush up on your skills with Intro to Boxing and get ready for Ultimate Fitness.

(Boxing 101)
Voted best class of the city, boxing 101 will push the limits of Ultimate Fitness and teach you all the techniques of boxing while showing you functional workout movements. Burn over 1000 calories in 1 hour with this class. Pre-registration is required.

(Boxing 102)
Must have attended 3 months of classes** This Advanced Class will push the limits and teach you all the techniques of boxing while showing you advanced Ultimate Fitness boxing movements. Burn over 1000 calories in 1 hour with this class. Pre-registration is required.

(Kick Boxing)
Learn kicks while we push the limits of Ultimate Fitness and teach you all the techniques of kick-boxing. We will show you functional workout movements along with all the techniques of kickboxing. Burn over 1000 calories in 1 hour with this class. Pre-registration is required.

(Power Boxing)
For those who would rather workout at their own pace and opt out of Ultimate Fitness classes, Power Boxing is for you. This Advanced Class will push the limits of boxing while giving you 10 rounds of boxing exercises. Burn over 1000 calories in 1 hour with this class. No Pre-registration is required.

Unlimited Classes
Stay on track with your Ultimate Fitness routine and take as many classes as you want. With this option you can workout anytime and use the facilities without taking a class.
Includes: Online Access, Unlimited Classes, Unlimited Assessments, & Unlimited Gym Access

Small Group Lessons
Go to the next level of Ultimate Fitness and workout with your friends or family members in private sessions with a trainer. You may also take as many classes as you want with this option and workout anytime. The minimum amount of people for these lessons is two or more.
Includes: Personalized Workouts, Private Lessons, Flexible Times, Online Access, Unlimited Classes, Unlimited Assessments, & Unlimited Gym Access

Personal Training Lessons
This is our best option for Ultimate Fitness results. During private sessions with a trainer we map out a detailed fitness plan and tailor to each of your workouts specifically to you needs. Unlimited classes and open gym during business hours is included. The minimum amount of lessons is one time per week.
